We are excited to get back to work and begin seeing you again. Please contact us with any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and every patient safe in our practice. We will be contacting those of you who had an appointment that needed to be canceled in order to reschedule. If you would like to make an appointment , please call our office at (847) 336-5586.
Thank you for your continued support. We value your trust and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.

Due to additional PPE our team will be wearing, the temperature in the office will be much cooler. Patients will be encouraged to bring sweaters to appointments
Reception area will no longer provide magazines, children toys and refreshments for patients
A clear glass barrier will be placed at the reception desk and check-in area
Medical grade air purifiers will be in every room with a 15 minute cycle to ensure purification of the rooms
Extra oral aerosol suction machines for procedures were purchased with the efficiency of 99.95% removal rate
Exam rooms will not be utilized back to back. Two staged disinfection of operatories is implemented with an hour of disinfectant time between every usage.
All electronic devices, signature pads and surfaces will be wiped down after each patient
New Patient Appointment Protocols From The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA):
Patients will be contacted 48 hours prior to their appointment to complete a screening questionnaire related to COVID-19
We ask that you call or text when you have arrived and then wait in the car until we notify you to come into the office, ensuring only 1 patient is in the clinic at a time.
A face mask should be worn when entering the facility. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.
Hands must be washed or sanitized before the appointment begins
Your temperature and oxygen saturation level will be checked upon arrival of your appointment. We also screen our team members twice daily. Team members and patients who do not pass the recommended readings will be asked to go home.
At your appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with a special mouthwash containing hydrogen peroxide.
Only one patient is allowed in the office at a time. If the patient is a minor only one guardian is permitted to come with.
You will be required to reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household has been sick within the last two weeks.
We ask that patients who’ve come in contact with COVID-19 wait 14 days to make an appointment and be asymptomatic.
